Lisa Paul

Lisa has been working in health and healing industries for over 30 years. Trained in both conventional medicine (Nursing, Midwifery and Mental Health Nursing) and complementary medicine (Homeopathy, Nutrition, Sound Therapy, Counselling/Psychotherapy), Lisa brings the best of both worlds together in her treatments.

Lisa has a keen interest in the Quantum field of health and healing which led to her studying different forms of energy based medicines. The use of frequency based tools is not new and has been around for centuries. In todays world for example, we use Ultrasounds, MRI, CAT scans as an example. In mental health we are now moving towards using magnetic therapy or TMS to treat resistant depression with growing success.

Lisa has always believed that we need to have a choice in how we choose to maintain our health. This will be different for everyone as no two people are the same. What works for one, does not necessarily work for others the same. In particular in pregnancy where women are limited in what they can use to find relief from common pregnancy symptoms, a modality such as Homeopathy is great as it will address the imbalance in the system and has no side effects for baby or mother.

Moving into the mental health side of things, complementary therapies may be really helpful in maintaining your recovery. Lisa has always encouraged clients to look beyond just therapy and medication and find other things that support your wellbeing in conjunction with these.
